The BIG Questions That You Should Be Asking

There are a few questions that are more important than others when choosing the Caravan Park for you. Don't forget to ask these questions if nothing else.

When is the Caravan Park open?

All our parks are open for 8 months, from March 1st until the first Sunday in November. Obviously you can use the caravan as much as you like during this period.

Please note - static caravans are for holiday purposes only and can not be a permanent residence.

Does the Caravan Park have an age limit?

You will visit some parks where after the caravan reaches a certain age i.e. 12, 15 or 20 years old from new, then that caravan must leave the park. Leaving you with a caravan and no park. We DO NOT have an age limit on any of our parks.

What is included in the purchase price of the caravan?

When buying a caravan from us, the caravan is ready for you to walk in to. The caravan is connected to all main services, includes a full gas bottle and exchange valve, a pair of steps, a fridge and FREE SITE FEES (New Customers Only) for the current season.

What happens if I decide to sell my caravan in the future?

We will simply buy the caravan back from you - no matter how old it is, or what condition it is in. We use the Glass's Guide book to value your caravan, this has the current market value of every static holiday home and touring caravan available in the UK.

I have chosen my park, my caravan and my pitch. What now?

Purchasing a caravan on our parks is very simple. We will take a deposit (usually 10%) which will secure the caravan and the pitch for you. We will agree a future date for the balance to be paid and the takeover to be completed. On the day we simply exchange the remaining balance for the keys. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or debit card.
