Caravan Hire
We do not have any caravans with ramps, all our caravans have either two or three steps with a hand rail.
Keys are available for our from reception between 2pm and 6pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or on a later date. On departure, keys are to be returned to reception by 10am.

We provide duvets and pillows; you must bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Other essential items to bring are towels, table linen and don't forget your loo roll.
We do hire out bedding, to ensure sufficient bedding is available please book in advance. Please note that bedding is collected from reception on arrival. Beds are not made up.
You can bring an extra car, however it must be left in the car park area. Please do not park extra cars on the grass.
Our caravans can sleep up to 6 people. Two bedroom models have 1 double room, 1 twin room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is a limited number of three bedroom caravans available, these have an extra twin bedroom and can sleep up to 8 people.
We do allow dogs in to the Economy, Deluxe and Superior Pet Friendly model caravans, please see the price list for details. The price is £25.00 per dog per week, or £4.00 per dog per night on short breaks.
Facilities
The Bar, Supermarket and Fish & Chip Shop may not be open at all times during early and late season.
The Swimming Pool and Supermarket are open from Easter to the end of September. Please check with our team if you are unsure what facilities will be open during your stay.
The swimming pool is the only facility not included in the price of your holiday.
The price is £3.00 per person per entry. There is no time limit per entry.
Children 4 and under are free of charge.
Motorhomes
We can not accept motor homes longer than 26ft on our pitches.
Tents
Yes we do accept group bookings of families and couples. We are unable to accept any same or majority gender bookings. Please call on 01723 582206 to make a group booking.
The use of raised barbecues is permitted. Please use a fireproof container not directly on the ground. Do not place hot ashes into any refuse container as they are a fire risk.
Minimum night stays are in place throughout the year. These do vary depending on dates and availability. Please check via the website or give us a call on 01723 582206.
We do allow dogs on the park, there is no extra charge for dogs in Tents, Touring Caravans or Motorhomes.
Please note all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please exercise your dog in the correct areas and pick up any accidents they might have.
Tents with Hook Up = The tent can be no longer than 7m in any direction.
Tents without Hook Up = No maximum size.
Our site license classes a folding camper as a tent. You can book a tent pitch with or without electric hook up.
You can check in with a tent from 12 noon. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or on a later date. Check out time is also for 12 noon on the day of departure.
Tourers
All of our Touring Caravan pitches at Crows Nest are 'all-weather' gravel super pitches. Perfect for all times of the year.
You can park one car on the pitch. Additional cars must be parked in the main car park.
